SAML 2.0

Introduction

Bubble PPM supports SAML2 SSO. To configure this for your tenant please contact support@bubblegroup.com who will arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements.

Configuration

We support the configuration process through the following phases:

• Requirements discussion. Confirm requirement and any questions about setup. Consider migration and provisioning strategy.

• Configuration of metadata on Bubble PPM. Bubble will configure tenant with SSO and then generate and supply metadata.

• Configuration of metadata on IdP. Tenant configures application on their IdP and provides their metadata.

• Testing of configuration. Once both PPM and IdP are configured we arrange a call and test the behaviour end to end.

• Deployment. Once testing is completed we will set a go-live date to deploy SSO to the tenant.
